Angling Direct, established over 30 years ago, has a substancial online business and c. 50 existing branches in England, Wales and now the Netherlands and plans considerable further expansion.
Its purpose is to inspire everyone to get outdoors and enjoy an exceptional fishing experience. Its ambition to become Europe’s first choice fishing club through which all anglers can shop with confidence, seek advice and be inspired.
Angling Direct are seeking additional premises for their retail or sui-generis/mixed-use trading formats with the latter including showroom, storage, maintenance and servicing, demonstration areas and ancilliary uses. This format is suitable for “employment areas”.
They will consider both retail and trade/warehouse/roadside style premises of between 2,500 and 5,000 sq ft that meet their broad criteria (see property requirement details) and are within target locations.
