This will be designed to ensure operational suitability and flexibility and best practice whilst maintaining fast turnarounds and achieving value. This relates to the deals being agreed through the acquisition process and eventually to handover, post fitting out, to the operational team.
adept utilises collaborative (live and online) reporting and mapping to maintain close control and which informs and guides the wider internal business functions involved in the expansion such as finance, marketing, recruitment and operations along with the professional advisors, project managers and contractors.
