A development site of over 3 acres has been acquired adjacent to the Tesco store on Exeter Road and planning permission obtained for a new 2545 sq m combined country store, warehouse, head office and external storage facility.  Adept is also advising in relation to the disposal of Mole Avon’s existing freehold store in Mill Street.
